Kevin Laugharn graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Business and a minor in Spanish. He then worked for Mission Produce
coordinating shipments of Mexican avocados to Japan. Next he went to work for SOS Sales, Inc. and then for FlexScan doing sales as well as internet marketing.
Bill Seitz graduated from San Diego State University in 1998 with a degree in Business with a concentration on international business. Bill became a California
realtor shortly after working for Prudential and ERA. In 2003 Bill began investing in real estate in Todos Santos and saw the tremendous opportunities that were
there.
By 2005, Laugharn and life long friend, Seitz could no longer ignore the spike in developments and investments in Southern Baja. The two were long time Baja veterans
with many contacts throughout Baja, and with Bill's real estate experience and Kevin's internet marketing knowledge, the two conspired quickly and co-founded Baja Surf
Properties. Laugharn created the internet marketing campaigns aimed at Americans and Canadians, and Seitz headed up sales, thus creating an instantly successful team.
